[URBAN STRUCTURE AND ARCHITECTURE]
Three solitary structures are connected by a raised, horizontal volume and fit into the existing urban context as one structure. The project acts as an urban adapter, by creating a smooth transition of the western residential development [Elisabethstraße] to the vast urban structure of the train-station area.
In the ground floor, urban niches increase the attractiveness of public space and thus enhance the atmosphere of urban living. Zoned facade lengths at ground level ensure interesting vistas through the building, from east to west.
The green area in neighboring properties at the west are expanded by the design. In the different levels, individual outside places to meet and Relax are offered.
