[URBAN STRUCTURE AND ARCHITECTURE]
A meander structure connects the raised building volumes and fit into the urban environment as a sophisticated complex. The project divides the property into a welcoming, public square at the Europastraße, and an introverted garden in the southern part of the site.
The organisation of the ground floor ensures a logic and simple circulation, especially for employees of the company. The Forum WAG can also be expanded gradually and forward-looking towards the southeast.
A generous park space is offered for the staff of WAG in direct connection to the foyer/cafeteria on the ground floor level. The view from the public zone and the event hall leading to the park give the property the character of a green oasis in the urban environment.
The roof of the connecting structure in the E02 level provides a central area to meet, relax as well as playgrounds for residents. A weather-protected outdoor area is provided by the cantilevering volume in the west. The tree avenue of the Europastraße is completely preserved and is only interrupted by the exit of the underground car park.
