The type of new construction creates identity and relations to the surrounding environment which displays a diverse and multiple building character. The existing high-rise solid buildings are also integrated to the design by arranging the new construction thereby in order to create an ensemble of 2 courtyards.
The volumes define the living space and form open areas with superb views to the surrounding environment. In their interplay, open and built space communicates with the existing urban fabric integrating simultaneously the green space.
The structure of urban tissue in the north and northeast side is taken under consideration through the design process. By differentiating the building depths of the northern volume, the general building height is defused in the ground level and homogenized to the neighboring high-rise buildings.
