The concept of this summer house is developed according to the characteristics of typical barns found in the area. Transparent elements allow special views through the building that also enhance the constant relation of the interior space to the garden area. The living room is extended to the open space through the  east- and westside terraces. This concept guaranties a permanent use of the garden with no disturbance from the wind. Vertical 8m voids inside the building are joining the floor levels and are creating a large open atmosphere useful for a relatively small summer house.
