The 2 building volumes are situated in the north part of the site, in order to provide a good orientation for the flats, as well as a maximum of flexibility for a possible future extension further south. The new project is integrated into the surrounding village structure through public paths that run through the ground floor. The sales and office functions are planned facing north. In the south part, very attractive space is designed for the therapy rooms and other similar functions, with a direct connection to the green space.
The living space achieves to adapt to any circumstances of life. The flexible ground floor concept enables variations inside the flats, without affecting the whole system. As there are different types of flats, from a single to family apartment in any variation, any requirement of size or type can be fulfilled. The balconies that stretch around the volumes act as a climate buffer zone as well as an extended living space.
